1. Shipping & Handling

- Dispatch Timeline: We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that weekends and unforeseen circumstances may affect this schedule.
- Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $30 applies to every order .
2. Tracking & Delivery
- Monitoring Your Package: For real-time updates, we recommend signing up for Post tracking services.
- Tracking Inquiries: If your order does not arrive within 6 business days, please contact us for tracking details.
3. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Method: We accept cryptocurrency exclusively.
- Assistance: If you need guidance on purchasing or using cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin), feel free to ask for help.
4. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Once payment has been received and your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after payment confirmation.
5. Liability & Compensation
- Seized Shipments: In the event that a package is intercepted and marked as “seized,” compensation (either partial or full) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Lost in Transit: For packages that go missing while in transit, we will reimburse 50% of the order value.
- Delivered Orders: If the tracking status confirms delivery, we cannot assume responsibility or offer compensation.
